One of my favorite breakfast meals is avocado and toast. 🥑 This meal is super filling, very low cal, and gives you tons of energy throughout the day. I’m someone who has always hated avocado, but I tried it this way and have never gone back!

This is super easy to make, you just need: avocado, olive oil spray, minced onion, and garlic. That’s it!

  1. How to make:

    Super Simple prep.  Toast your toast.  While that is toasting up, skin and pit your avocado. Slice or chop, which ever you prefer.

    Once the toast is ready, spread your avocado on your toast. Give a gentle spritz of either avocado oil or avocado cooking spray.  Then sprinkle with a bit of garlic salt and minced onion.
